Are you passionate about logistics and love having full visibility over every shipment from start to finish? At Staffbridge, we’re looking for a proactive Track & Trace Specialist based in Medellín to join our growing logistics operations team.

You’ll play a key role ensuring smooth freight movement, proactive problem-solving, and real-time communication with customers and carriers, all while growing your career in an international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Track and monitor shipments through multiple carriers and systems.

• Identify potential delays and act quickly to resolve them.

• Communicate real-time updates to customers, dispatch, and operations.

• Maintain accurate shipment data and ensure all documentation is complete.

• Collaborate across teams to guarantee a seamless freight experience.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in Track & Trace, dispatch, or freight visibility.

• Strong knowledge of domestic and cross-border freight operations.

• Proficiency in TMS platforms and carrier communications.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and great at problem-solving.

• Excellent English communication skills (bilingual role).
