About the Role
We’re looking for a Mid-Level Help Desk IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and support day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner
Support system setup, user accounts, and access management
Assist employees with technical questions and system usage
Maintain documentation and track support tickets
What You Bring
Experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles
Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
