About the Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build qualified pipeline opportunities through a strategic, personalized outbound approach.
This is not high-volume cold outreach — we’re looking for someone who can build trust, identify business needs, and create meaningful conversations with decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
Execute outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Use LinkedIn & Sales Navigator for research and engagement
Identify operational pain points and business opportunities
Qualify leads and create strong Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team
Maintain CRM documentation and outreach activity
Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales teams to improve performance
What You Bring
Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or B2B outbound sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound outreach
Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Advanced English preferred
