About the Role

We’re looking for a trainable and detail-oriented Revit/CAD Drafter to join a California-based architectural and structural engineering practice.

This is a genuine entry-level opportunity for someone interested in residential construction and structural design. You’ll start with drafting and construction documents and progressively develop technical structural design skills under supervision.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and revise structural drawings in Autodesk Revit

  • Create plans, sections, details, dimensions, and annotations

  • Support residential projects including homes, ADUs, remodels, and additions

  • Read and coordinate architectural and structural plans

  • Progressively assist with framing layouts, hardware selection, and basic calculations

  • Learn U.S. residential construction standards and structural codes

🔎 What We’re Looking For

  • Basic knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

  • Good spatial reasoning and practical math skills

  • Basic familiarity with wood-frame residential construction

  • Strong logical thinking and willingness to learn

  • Professional English level
