We’re looking for a highly organized Financial Analyst to support investor pipeline management, financial monitoring, research, and deal coordination. This role is ideal for someone who can turn information into clear actions and keep multiple moving pieces on track.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and update investor and deal pipelines

• Organize notes, action items, and follow-ups from calls, emails, and meetings

• Coordinate deliverables needed to advance deals

• Conduct financial and business research

• Support conference planning, travel, appointments, and matchmaking

• Track borrower financial reporting and outstanding documentation

• Monitor construction milestones, inspections, and insurance requirements

• Track tenant improvement reimbursements and balloon payment maturities

• Maintain detailed records and proactively escalate overdue items or exceptions

• Support other departments as needed

• Experience in financial services

• Pipeline or portfolio management experience

• Strong logistics and coordination skills

• Excellent research capabilities

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Highly organized with excellent follow-through
