We’re currently looking for a Recruiter to support us during our peak season. This would be a project-based employment opportunity for periods when our hiring volume is particularly high.

What You’ll Do

• Interview and assess candidates

• Share insights with hiring managers

• Manage and track candidate data

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

• Create and post job ads

• Support offers, onboarding, and HR tasks

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience

• Proficient in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools

• Experience managing "cuota sena" process

• English level: C1

• Energetic, people-oriented, and a team player

• Logistics industry experience is a plus, but not required
