About the Role

📍 Medellín, Colombia | Full-Time

We’re looking for a Track & Trace Specialist to monitor shipments, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor shipments and provide status updates

• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams

• Update shipment information accurately

• Identify and report delays or exceptions

• Maintain organized tracking records

• Provide clear updates to clients and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Previous logistics or Track & Trace experience is required

• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

• Excellent attention to detail and organization

• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities

• Strong problem-solving and proactive communication skills
