About the Role

Are you experienced in logistics, shipment tracking, and carrier coordination? Join our team and help keep shipments moving while building strong relationships with carriers.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor shipments and ensure timely pickups and deliveries

• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to obtain updates

• Identify delays and resolve shipment issues proactively

• Source and contact carriers to cover available loads

• Negotiate rates and secure capacity when needed

• Update shipment information and maintain accurate records

• Provide clear status updates and coordinate solutions to service issues

What We’re Looking For

• Previous logistics or Track & Trace experience is required

• Experience in carrier sales, dispatch, or freight brokerage is a plus

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and follow-up skills

• Availability to work night shifts, including weekends
